Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Exflicit website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website solely for legitimate enquiries and lawful purchases. Any attempt to place fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorised orders is strictly prohibited. Exflicit reserves the right to cancel such orders and take appropriate action where necessary.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful contact and order details. Failure to provide required information may result in delays, cancellation, or inability to process your order.

Contract Formation & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on the website constitutes an expression of intent to purchase, not a binding contract.

Order Confirmation Process:

  • After an order is placed, Exflicit’s customer assistance team will contact you to:

    • Verify measurements and sizing

    • Confirm fabric and colour availability

    • Discuss any personalisation or design modifications

    • Confirm applicable customisation charges, if any

An order is considered formally confirmed only after this consultation is completed and approved by the client. Production commences strictly after confirmation.

Exflicit reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Before Confirmation

Clients may cancel an order and request a full refund only before order confirmation and prior to the commencement of production.

Once measurements, materials, customisations, and charges are confirmed and production has begun, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to fabric, material, and embellishment availability. In rare circumstances where a selected material or component is unavailable, alternative options may be offered. If the client declines all alternatives before order confirmation, a full refund will be issued.

Refusal to Process Orders

Exflicit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Infeasible customisation requests

We may modify or remove products or content from the website without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website reflect the base design cost. Additional charges may apply for customisation, including but not limited to:

  • Size alterations beyond standard adjustments

  • Fabric changes or upgrades

  • Pattern modifications

  • Hand embellishments such as stones, laces, pearls, chains, or bespoke detailing

All applicable charges will be clearly communicated and approved prior to order confirmation.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, cesses, and shipping charges, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, Exflicit reserves the right to cancel the order or reconfirm pricing with the client. If confirmation is not received, a full refund will be issued.

Taxes & Invoice

All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, duties, and cesses, as per prevailing laws. A valid invoice will be issued upon dispatch or delivery of the order.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on customisation complexity, production timelines, and delivery location. Where no specific delivery date is provided, orders are typically delivered within 30 days from order confirmation, subject to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery is deemed complete once the order is physically received by the client or an authorised third party at the specified delivery address.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Post-Confirmation)

As Exflicit garments are custom-made, made-to-measure, and non-replicable, the following conditions apply:

  • No refunds or exchanges are permitted after order confirmation, except in cases where:

    • The product is received in a damaged condition, or

    • The delivered product differs from the confirmed size or colour

Such issues must be reported within the timeframe specified in the Refund Policy, along with clear photographic evidence.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed via the original mode of payment or as store credit, at Exflicit’s discretion.

Alterations

Where technically feasible, size alterations may be offered after delivery. Additional design modifications or embellishments may also be requested. All alterations and enhancements are chargeable, based on materials, workmanship, and service level required.

Limitation of Liability

Exflicit shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, courier delays, or force majeure events.
