Returns & Exchanges
Given the personalised nature of our products, returns, refunds, or exchanges are strictly accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or

The delivered product differs from the confirmed order in terms of size or colour.
In such cases, the issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery along with clear photographic evidence, to enable prompt evaluation.
No Refund or Exchange Policy
As all our designs are custom-made to your exact size, colour, and design preferences, refunds and exchanges are not permitted once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Alterations
We understand that minor adjustments may occasionally be required. Size alterations may be offered where technically feasible, subject to design limitations and craftsmanship considerations.
Additionally, clients may request design add-ons or modifications, including but not limited to:

Such alterations and enhancements are chargeable, with costs varying based on the complexity of the request, materials used, and services availed. All applicable charges will be communicated and approved prior to execution.
